OpenBuilder is a community operated by ManaNova Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. This policy explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

WHAT WE COLLECT

This website collects nothing automatically. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies. The mailing-list signup on this site sends the email address you enter to us by email, via the FormSubmit service, which processes it under its own privacy policy. Joining the community happens on LinkedIn, and event registration happens on Luma - those platforms process the data you give them under their own privacy policies. The only personal data we receive directly is what you choose to send us, for example when you email lionel@theaicapitol.com. That typically means your name, email address, and whatever you tell us.

HOW WE USE IT

We use what you send us to respond to you, run the community and its events, and keep the relationship going. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (for example, email and hosting providers), bound to use it only for that purpose.

COOKIES

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your cookie-banner choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

RETENTION & PROTECTION

We keep correspondence only as long as it serves the purpose you sent it for, or as the law requires. We apply reasonable security measures to protect personal data in our care.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for us to keep using it. Email lionel@theaicapitol.com and we will handle it.
